Left Hook Savate Club of McKinney / Frisco / Plano / Allen operates in affiliation with the Internatioal Guild of Danse De Rue Savate whose headquarters are based in Laredo, Texas. The goal of
Left Hook Savate Club is to promote Danse De Rue Savate (sm) and teach the techniques and principles of the Guild. Included in the fighting techniques of Danse De Rue Savate are Boxing, Chausson, Zipota, Savate, Lutte Parissienne, Canne de Combat, Baton, and Panache.

This French/Basque Martial Art of Maitre Paul-Raymond Buitron III was
created in 1994 by Maitre Paul-Raymond Buitron III. He created this system
from components of the parent Arts of Zipota, Savate, Boxe Francaise,
Lutte Parissienne, Panache, Canne et baton, Savate: Boxe Francaise and
Hawaiian Kempo.

Left Hook Savate Club offers classes on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, private and semi-private lessons up to 3 people, and the first session a 30 minute complimentary lesson. This 30 minute complimentary session is designed to give you a chance to see the type of things you will learn and to get an idea if Danse De Rue Savate (sm) is something you would be interested in. A requirement to joining the
Left Hook Savate Club is that one also becomes a member of the International Guild of Danse De Rue Savate. We are always on the lookout for dedicated Zipoteros whether your goal is self defense, general fitness, general interest and knowledge, or training for the ring.
When working out in the Left Hook Savate Club, you can expect to practice and perfect the different fighting techniques of Danse De Rue Savate (sm). We do not do a 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and countless rounds of skipping rope as you may have experienced elsewhere when the instructor is trying to kill time. Although these things have a place, we prefer to spend your time teaching you self defense and fighting techniques of Danse De Rue Savate (sm). Through this process, a level of general fitness will without a doubt also be achieved. As a recipient of the prestigious Silver Glove I ranking and a former competitor in the ring over a period of 9 years, I deeply appreciate the opportunity and enjoy teaching those that are truely eager to learn Danse De Rue Savate.
Danse De Rue Savate (sm) is for anyone that is willing to learn whether it be women, children, men, teens, experienced martial artists or fighters, or those that have no experience of any type in martial arts.
Left Hook Savate Club strives to offer a fun, relaxed, yet organized, disciplined, and hard working atmosphere in which one will look forward to the next session.
